Is my information safe?

Yes. All 360Health services are completely private. Teladoc Health will not share any medical reports, personal health information, information about the nature or your enquiry without your consent. smartMonday, your employer, your doctor, and MetLife cannot access your health records.

What’s the code for the 360Health Virtual Care App?

You may be prompted to enter a code when you set up your account in the app. The code for smartMonday members is SMRT.

Who provides 360Health services?

All services (except Recovery Support) are provided by Teladoc Health, a global leader in virtual healthcare services. You can find more information about Teladoc Health on their website or view their privacy policy.

Do I need to have insurance with MetLife or make a claim to use 360Health?

No. As a smartMonday member, you and your family (meaning partner, children, parents, and parents-in-law) can access 360Health services at no extra cost without making a claim, needing a referral, or even having insurance. However, Recovery Support services are only available if you have insurance with MetLife.

What happens if I leave smartMonday?

Unfortunately, you'll lose access to 360Health when your membership ends. However, if you're already working with a clinician, they'll complete your current case.

Can I expect care that reflects my culture, identity, and lived experience?
