Our partnership team
Meet the team simplifying super and supporting your people
The smartMonday partnership team works as an extension of your business, simplifying superannuation, reducing administrative burden, and aligning the support we deliver to the needs of your workforce and your business priorities.
At the centre of this is your dedicated Relationship Manager who is your primary point of contact. They’ll work closely with you to provide practical, ongoing support across super, employee education and individual guidance. This includes helping you navigate obligations, streamline processes and deliver a more consistent employee experience.
We take a hands-on tailored approach, making superannuation easier to manage while strengthening your Employee Value Proposition through relevant, engaging support.
Through this partnership, we can deliver a tailored program for your team, including:
· Superannuation education sessions, delivered in-person and digitally
· One-on-one support tailored to individual employee needs
· Access to our smartCoach team for general, factual and personal advice to members at no additional cost*
We focus on delivering practical, accessible support that helps you meet your obligations, improve employee engagement with super, and build a stronger, more competitive employee offering.
