smartMonday Lifecycle uses a lifecycle investment strategy which automatically adjusts the asset allocation as you move through your 'working week'. From your Monday through to Wednesday lunch time we invest 90% in growth-style investments (like shares and property) and only 10% in defensive investments (like cash and bonds). As you move through Wednesday afternoon and Friday into your long weekend, we gradually decrease the percentage of growth-style investments and increase the percentage of defensive investments.

As you can see from the chart, this strategy gently reduces the risk level of your investment portfolio – gliding into your weekend.
