At smartMonday, we’re all about helping you take control of your future – not just your financial wellbeing, but your overall wellbeing too. Because when your financial and physical wellbeing work together, you feel more confident, healthy, and better equipped to navigate life’s ups and downs.

That’s why we’re excited to share some good news: as a smartMonday member, you and your family² have access to MetLife 360Health at no extra cost.

We’re here to help you make smart choices today that set you and your loved ones up for a brighter tomorrow. That’s the smartMonday way.

What is 360Health?

360Health is an award-winning¹ health and wellbeing program that provides a wide range of virtual health services, tools, and expert care. From mental health support to a second opinion on a diagnosis, these expert-led services are here to support your health and wellness goals with evidence-based advice tailored to you.

Scooping Money magazine’s Health & Wellness Cover of the Year award for 2024 and 2025, it’s like having a team of health professionals on standby, ready to help when you need it most.

And the best part? You already have it. You don’t even have to have insurance through your smartMonday account to use the services, you just need to be a member. No waiting rooms, no referral needed, and no extra costs.

Holistic support

Here’s a snapshot of what you and your family² have access to.

Fitness and Mobility

Get support and tailored fitness advice from an accredited exercise physiologist. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, training for a specific goal, or want to improve your mobility, expert guidance is here to help you stay active in a way that suits you.

Why it matters: Keeping active can help you stay physically and mentally healthy, but more than 77% of Australians don't get the recommended amount of physical activity³.

Nutrition Support

Work with an accredited dietitian and receive a personalised nutrition plan tailored to your health goals, dietary needs, and daily routine. They can answer your questions and support you with sustainable strategies for long-term wellness.

Why it matters: Our diet plays an important role in our overall health and wellbeing, but less than 7% of Australians consume a diet that helps maintain good health⁴.

Ask a Clinician

Got a health question or want everyday wellbeing advice? This service connects you with Australian-registered GPs, paediatricians, and mental health clinicians for expert answers to your questions within 24 hours.

Why it matters: GP visits have been falling amid rising costs⁵, as patients ‘save up’ heath issues for one appointment. This service can save you money by identifying priorities.

Mental Health Assist

This service gives you direct, private access to a psychologist or psychiatrist within 10 days. They can provide or review a diagnosis, answer your questions, and guide you through treatment options. You or your family member must be aged 18 and above to use this service.

Why it matters: Over 40% of Australians aged 16-85 have experienced a mental health issue in their lifetime⁶.

Menopause Support

Personalised one-on-one support from a women’s health nurse who can guide you through perimenopause and menopause symptoms with practical, evidence-based care.

Why it matters: Menopause affects every woman⁷, yet only 41% feel confident managing symptoms or knowing what to expect8

Expert Medical Opinion

If you want a second opinion for yourself or a loved one, this service connects you with global experts to help you better understand a diagnosis, treatment, or surgery plan.

Did you know? A diagnosis can feel overwhelming, and seeking reassurance is natural. A second opinion can help you feel more at ease.

If you hold income protection insurance cover through smartMonday, you’ll also have access to Recovery Support services: specialised assistance to help you return to health and work after illness or injury.

For all the family

With the exception of Recovery Support, all 360Health services are available to your immediate family members too, including:

  • You, as a smartMonday member

  • Your partner

  • Your children

  • Your parents

  • Your partner’s parents (in-laws)

Convenient support

All 360Health wellbeing services are delivered virtually and are available to all smartMonday members and their families at no extra cost. They’re tailored to support you at every stage, from starting your career to preparing for retirement.

It’s award-winning support you can access from home, at work, or on the go, giving you the tools, confidence, and support to tackle today, while building a better tomorrow.
